  • 100 g onion
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour for dredging
  • vegetable oil for frying

Peel the onion and slice into
Cut the meat into portion-sized
Make two vertical cuts in each
Braid the strips together and
Place the onion in a bowl and
Mix everything together well
Dredge each braid in flour on
Flip to the other side and fry
