
Ingredients:
- 1 kg tomatoes
- 500 g ground meat (I used store-bought ground veal)
- 100 g onion
- 100 g cheese
- half a bunch of parsley
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

How to cook tomatoes stuffed with ground meat
Add the ground meat and stir to combine. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Break the ground meat apart with a spatula into small pieces so it cooks evenly.

Add the parsley and a few spoonfuls of the scooped-out tomato flesh to the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine. Cook for another 5–10 minutes, until the ground meat is fully cooked.
