
Tender baked pork pairs beautifully with juicy pineapples and melted cheese. This dish is perfect for a festive table as well as a family dinner. I got 8 servings.
Ingredients:
- 500 g pork
- 1 can of pineapple rings
- 100 g cheese
- 100-200 g sour cream (or mayonnaise)
- salt
- pepper

How to cook pork with pineapples
Cut the pork into portion-sized pieces slightly larger than a pineapple ring (the pieces should be about 1–1.5 cm thick). Pound each piece with a meat mallet (it's easiest to do this through plastic wrap).

Lightly grease a baking dish or deep baking pan with oil. Season the pork pieces with salt and pepper, then arrange them in the dish.
