  • 5 eggs + 1 egg white
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pickled cucumbers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

How to cook brizol with ground meat

Season the ground meat with
Divide the ground meat into 5
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on
Beat an egg with a small pinch
Pour the beaten egg onto a flat
Using the plastic wrap,
Heat a small amount of
Then flip the patty to the
Mix the mayonnaise with garlic
Drizzle a little ketchup on top.
Arrange thinly julienned
Fold the other half over.
