
These unique chicken breast fillet skewers are marinated in soy sauce and vinegar with pepper and garlic. The skewers turn out juicy, pleasantly savory, and with a deliciously browned crust. If you like, you can marinate the chicken with any other spices and seasonings of your choice. I used bamboo skewers 20 cm long. I ended up with 14 skewers in total.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar (can be substituted with lemon juice)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper

How to cook chicken skewers
Place the fillet in a bowl, add the soy sauce, oil, vinegar (or lemon juice), and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a skillet and heat well. Add the skewers and cook over slightly above medium heat for about 2–3 minutes.
