
A wonderfully flavorful dish — the chicken breast fillet is first quickly pan-fried, then braised in citrus juice with yogurt. Plain yogurt is preferred, but if you don't have any, a not-too-sweet fruit yogurt (orange or another citrus variety) works just fine.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 150 ml plain yogurt (or orange yogurt)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- half an orange
- half a lemon
- red hot chili pepper
- salt
- vegetable oil for frying
