
Instead of Brussels sprouts, you can use broccoli or cauliflower (also boil them first, but for less time).
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 ml milk
- 30 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 50 g cheese
- salt
- pepper

How to cook chicken breast fillet with Brussels sprouts in sauce
Boil the chicken breast fillet in salted water for 20 minutes from the moment it comes to a boil. Drain the water and let the fillet cool.

Bring a pot of water to a boil and salt it. Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes.

Make the sauce. Add the flour to a small saucepan and pour in the cold milk. Stir thoroughly until the flour is fully dissolved. Add the butter and place over heat.
