
Ingredients:
- 400 g green radish (or daikon)
- 200 g carrots
- 100 g bell pepper
- Dressing:
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp 6% vinegar (or 1 tbsp 9% vinegar)
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 tsp ground hot chili pepper

How to cook korean radish salad
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and shred it on the Korean salad grater as well (if that doesn't work, simply cut it into thin matchsticks).

Make the dressing — combine the vegetable oil, vinegar, coriander, salt, both types of pepper, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.
