Tear or cut the leaf lettuce into fairly large pieces.
Finely chop the parsley.
Combine the napa cabbage, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, and parsley in a salad bowl.
Drizzle with vegetable oil, season with salt to taste, and toss to combine.
